Does invoicing require manual work?
No. Once pricing agreements are configured, invoice creation requires zero manual input. The trigger is report approval: from there the invoice is generated, formatted, and ready to send without human intervention.
Can we use our own pricing agreements and discounts?
Yes. The invoicing module is built around your existing pricing agreements per client. Volume discounts, analysis-type pricing, and custom rates are all supported.
What does the invoicing module cost?
The Milva invoicing module starts from €1,499 per year, added to a base Milva IO subscription.
Does it integrate with our accounting system?
Invoice export is supported in standard formats. For deeper ERP or accounting integration, ask about the Enterprise plan which includes custom integrations.
